Over the 27 years of Danielle & Christopher’s funeral services experience we have identified a
shift in our industry – Church & Chapel services are becoming too expensive and our families
are choosing memorial services to save money for a more personal and intimate farewell for
their loved one.

Our memorial service packages have been designed as a more flexible and cost effective
option to be held at your local membership club. For at home services, please speak to your
funeral director as prices may vary.

Essential Memorial Package – $1,600

Up to 50 attendees

This price includes:

  • Professional service fee
  • Up to 50 printed order of service booklets
  • Audio visual presentation of up to 30 images and 4 songs
  • Choice of three bouquets (options vary with season)
  • Master of ceremony

Please Note:

  • Price does not include catering
  • Business hours only, Monday to Friday
  • Price excludes the no service cremation or burial package

Platinum Memorial Package – $5,500

Up to 100 attendees

This price includes:

  • No service cremation or burial*
  • Professional service fee
  • Cedar cremation urn
  • Up to 100 printed order of service booklets
  • Audio visual presentation of up to 100 images and 6 songs with complimentary DVD
  • Choice of flower arrangements (options vary with season)
  • One dozen long stemmed reflection roses
  • Master of ceremony
  • Condolence book
  • $150 gift voucher for the bar or towards catering
  • Limousine pick up and drop off for family members
  • Service available Monday to Sunday, up to 8pm

Please Note:

  • Price excludes mortuary transportation costs
  • For cremations, we will use our preferred crematorium at our scheduled time
  • Limousine pick up and drop off within 50 km of venue
  • Where bariatric (obese) factors are present, causing additional or unusual requirements, we reserve the right to either decline or withdraw our services at any time, and make additional charges where these become necessary. These charges cover necessary additional personnel or special equipment, as well as the cost of an oversize coffin

Additional costs that may be incurred:

  • Cemetery costs apply depending on the cemetery of your choice which include grave and internment costs
  • Additional $155 administration fee for pre-paid private cremation or burial arrangements
  • Oversize flat lid environmentally friendly coffin- $310 (cremation)
  • Oversize coffin with four handles $410 (burial)
  • Witness insertion/internment – from $495
  • Crematorium of your choice – price dependant on location
  • Some areas and facilities, a transfer fee will apply from $375 depending on location
  • Transfer of deceased outside trading hours (Mon- Fri 8am- 4pm) and weekends to mortuary facilities – $575
  • Return of ashes within 28 days, between Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour by Funeral Director – $75
  • Return of ashes within Australia via Registered Australia Post) – Cost as per location (We do not use couriers)
  • Additional deceased transfer fee will apply to areas south of Port Macquarie and North of Coffs Harbour

Full payment is required at arrangement/prior to cremation or burial taking place.
